Five years of theory. Your first real patient still feels terrifying.

Clinical education is passive — textbooks, lectures, observation. You watch more than you do. The result: you graduate knowing the theory, but freeze when the patient is actually in front of you.

VaiVi fixes that. Every case is a live encounter — animated vitals, full history, labs. You diagnose, investigate, prescribe, and advise. Then an AI clinical evaluator tells you exactly where your reasoning broke down.

No feedback on your reasoning
MCQ prep tells you the right answer — not why your clinical logic was flawed.
Limited real patient exposure
Ward rounds are brief. Consultants are busy. You watch more than you do.
You forget what you don't practice
Passive reading fades. Cases you've worked through stay with you.
The Process

A real clinical encounter,
without the real stakes.

From patient admission to 5-day prognosis — every case mirrors what you'll face on the wards. No MCQs. No passive reading.

STEP 01
Choose Your Department

Pick from 13 clinical specialties. Cardiology today, Neurology tomorrow. Each has its own case patterns and clinical context.

STEP 02
Meet Your Patient

AI generates a unique patient — animated vitals, full history, lab results, exam findings. Never the same case twice.

STEP 03
Commit Your Plan

Diagnose, order investigations, prescribe medications, write advice — exactly like a real ward round. No hints, no MCQ options.

STEP 04
Get Expert Feedback

Scored across Diagnosis, Investigation, and Management. See what you missed, the ideal protocol, and a 5-day prognosis timeline.

Chief Complaint: Crushing chest pain radiating to left arm, onset 2 hours ago

Hypertensive. Elevated BP with acute chest pain raises concern for ACS or aortic dissection. Note pulse pressure.
104
HR /min
Sinus tachycardia. Could reflect pain, anxiety, or compensatory response to reduced cardiac output.
94%
SpO₂
Borderline hypoxia. Consider supplemental O₂. SpO₂ <95% in chest pain warrants urgent investigation.
98.6°F
Temp
Afebrile. Less suggestive of infectious aetiology. Normal temperature in ACS context.
22
RR /min
Mild tachypnoea. Could indicate early pulmonary oedema or pain-related respiratory response.
History
Known hypertensive on Amlodipine 5mg. Smoker, 20 pack-years. Diaphoretic on arrival. Pain 8/10, crushing in character. No previous cardiac history. Family history: father died of MI at 62.

What you missed
Dual antiplatelet therapy — Clopidogrel 600mg loading dose not prescribed alongside Aspirin
Echocardiogram not ordered — essential to assess wall motion abnormality and EF
Statin therapy not initiated — high-intensity statin (Atorvastatin 80mg) indicated in all STEMI
Clinical Pearls
STEMI requires primary PCI within 90 mins of first medical contact ("door-to-balloon" time)
DAPT (Aspirin + P2Y12 inhibitor) is the cornerstone of ACS management — never give one without the other
Always order echo in STEMI to assess LV function and identify mechanical complications

FAQ

Common questions.

Is VaiVi useful for NEET PG preparation?+
Yes — and arguably more so than question banks. NEET PG tests clinical reasoning, not just recall. VaiVi forces you to actively reason through a full patient scenario, which builds the exact diagnostic thinking the exam rewards. The SM2 flashcards also keep weak areas fresh right up to exam day.
How is the AI evaluation different from an answer key?+
A standard answer key tells you what was right. VaiVi's evaluation tells you why your reasoning was incomplete — which investigation you overlooked, which drug class you missed, which diagnosis was closer than the one you picked. It scores you across three clinical domains and gives feedback bullets per domain, exactly like a senior reviewing your case note.
Are the cases based on real clinical presentations?+
Every case is generated by a clinical AI model trained on medical knowledge — with realistic demographics, vitals, history, and lab results. Cases are never repeated for the same user. They follow real disease presentations and are designed to mimic what you'd encounter on the wards.
What is the Letter of Recommendation?+
After completing 1,000 cases with a Pro or higher subscription and an average score of 3.5+, you become eligible for a VaiVi-generated LOR. It documents your clinical simulation performance — number of cases, specialties covered, average scores, and rank achieved. Pro+ tier required.
Can I use VaiVi if I'm still in MBBS?+
Absolutely. Many of our users are final-year MBBS students and interns. The free tier gives you General Medicine cases with no time limit — a great way to start building clinical reasoning habits before your internship begins.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Your case history, scores, and profile data are private by default. You control what you share with the community. VaiVi uses Firebase with strict Firestore security rules — other users cannot access your data. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
